(A) It forms smooth magma. The clear supernatant from the magma is alkaline to litmus.
(B) The solution gives reaction of calcium.
3 Solubility It is soluble in glycerin and in syrup; slightly soluble in water; very slightly soluble in boiling water; insoluble in alcohol.
4 Limit of Magnesium and alkali salts Not more than 12 mg (4.8%).
5 Limit of Acid-insoluble substances Not more than 0.5%.
6 Carbonate The analysis does not cause more than a slight effervescence.
7 Assay Not less than 95.0% and not more than 100.5%.

PACKAGING

MOLHYDROX® BHL is packed in HDPE bag or HDPE drum with double PE liners inside having bar-coded label and tamper-evident seal.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 5 years. Preserved in tight containers.
